Jason Abrahams
Partner
A native of Kingston Jamaica, Jason attended the University of Auckland in New Zealand where he studied Political Science. After university Jason returned to Jamaica and began his career at a local stock brokerage firm, Paul Chen Young and Company, where he became senior equity trader and later the CEO – in 1997 he was recruited by Sigma Unit Trust to become the Senior Investment Manager – managing just over $400MM USD in equity and fixed income portfolios.
In 2000 Jason left Jamaica to join Andrew and his team at Prudential Securities. They have worked as partners ever since.
Andrew Mandala

Originally from Washington, D.C., Drew attended Tulane University in New Orleans, received a finance degree in 1995, and moved to Miami Beach in 1997. He worked for major investment banks for over 20 years, specializing in lending transaction origination for Prudential Securities (9 years), and Deutsche Bank (12 years). While at Deutsche Bank, Drew’s team oversaw over a billion dollars in client assets and advised on significantly more.
An avid boater and snowboarder, Drew sits on the board of the Make-a-Wish Foundation of Southern Florida, as well as on the advisory board of The Little Lighthouse Foundation. He lives in Miami Beach with his wife Lisa and two children.
